Athens to Veya Suite — your options
Evia is connected to the mainland by two bridges and a ferry. Pick the route that fits your travel style.

Take the A1 motorway (Athens → Thessaloniki) north out of Athens.
Exit at Schimatari (exit 70) toward Chalkida.
Cross the Chalkida bridge — for speed, take the new Evripos High Bridge (the bypass) and skip the city; for atmosphere, the old sliding bridge in central Chalkida is iconic but slow in summer (it physically retracts every couple of hours to let ships pass).
Continue south on EO77 toward Eretria. 3.5 km past Eretria, you reach the Lilantia complex (Sigkrotima Lilantion Δ8). On-site private parking.
Tolls on A1 are roughly €5–€8 each way.

~1h 45m door-to-door By ferry — Skala Oropou → Eretria
Drive ~1 h from Athens to Skala Oropou (port on the Attica side).
The ferry runs roughly every 30–60 min in summer (less frequent off-season). Crossing time ~25 minutes.
You land in Eretria town centre, 3.5 km from Veya Suite — 5 min by car or taxi.
Avoids bridge traffic in summer and is more scenic. Confirm the current operator and timetable with us — schedules change seasonally.

Athens airport → Veya Suite, 1h 30m drive By plane
Athens Eleftherios Venizelos Airport (ATH) is the only practical option.
From the airport, drive ~1h 30m (~105 km) via the Chalkida bridge route above. Rental cars are easiest.
Taxis: €120–€150 one-way; negotiate a fixed rate before boarding.
Public transport from the airport to Eretria takes ~3h with multiple changes — not recommended for luxury guests.

KTEL Athens → Chalkida from Liosion 260 bus station — hourly, ~1h 30m, ~€8.
Then KTEL Chalkida → Eretria — ~30 min, ~€3.
Taxi from Eretria to Veya Suite: ~€8 (5 min).

Eretria marina By boat (own / chartered)
Eretria has a small harbour and marina. If you arrive by private or chartered boat, dock in town and reach Veya Suite by 5-minute taxi or pre-arranged transfer.
